Mrs. Heather Splawn brings a background rooted in every side of the closing table. She began her career in the title industry with Frontier Title in Katy, where she gained a deep understanding of contracts, title commitments, and what it takes to get a transaction to the finish line. She went on to earn her degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston-Downtown and later founded Clear to Close TC Services, LLC, a transaction coordination firm serving agents across residential, commercial, and land transactions throughout the greater Houston area.

As a licensed Texas REALTOR®, Mrs. Splawn joined Black Label Commercial Group's Farm & Ranch division to focus on rural land and acreage across Grimes, Montgomery, and Waller counties, along with commercial leasing in the Magnolia corridor. Her title and transaction-management experience gives clients a detail-driven advisor who anticipates issues early and keeps every deal moving.

Mrs. Splawn lives on 13 acres in Grimes County with her family, where she homeschools her four children. Her personal connection to country living gives her firsthand insight into what landowners and rural buyers value most.
